Jacob Krotonsky co-founded Soles 2 Souls in the fall of 2021 with a mission to provide shoes to marginalized communities across Arizona.

Jacob Krotonsky is the co-founder of Soles 2 Souls, a nonprofit organization launched in 2021 with the mission of providing shoes to marginalized communities. Since founding the organization, Jacob has helped lead efforts that have donated thousands of pairs of shoes to communities in need across Arizona and beyond. While studying in Boston at Northeastern University, he has continued expanding the organization's reach through partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and college-led volunteer efforts.

Alec Bansal co-founded Soles 2 Souls after a powerful encounter, driving him and Jake to use their shared love of shoes for the service of others.

Alec Bansal is the co-founder of Soles 2 Souls - an organization that he and Jake started their sophomore year of high school. With the mission of uplifting marginalized individuals in our community, he has helped facilitate the distribution of thousands of pairs and foster community engagement. Through his enduring passion for the mission and his studies in Economics with a concentration in Evidence Based Poverty Alleviation at the University of Notre Dame, he strives to continue to grow the organization’s impact and reach.

Eddie leads Soles2Souls' outreach and brand strategy. A first-generation student at the University of Arizona, he brings both ambition and lived experience to the role.

Eddie is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Soles2Souls, where he leads the organization's outreach and brand strategy. A first-generation student at the University of Arizona, he brings both ambition and lived experience to the role. Having grown up without reliable access to shoes himself, he's driven by a desire to make sure young children facing the same challenge don't have to go without.

Payton oversees the financial operations of Soles 2 Souls, ensuring resources are managed responsibly in service of our mission.

Payton Picus serves as the Director of Finance for Soles 2 Souls, helping oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives. A student at the University of Kansas, Payton brings a strong passion for leadership, organization, and community impact. Through his role, he works to help strengthen the organization's long-term impact and support its continued expansion into new communities.
